About the event

About the Space:

This class is designed to move through repetition, so you begin to gain and expand on a flow that will empower your confidence and equip you with accessible tools to listen to and support your body. We invite you to take action towards self-love as you join community in co-creating a shift in the energy, within and around us.

What you take from this space can serve as the foundation for your body to sit, stand, and walk throughout your day. You will be introduced to the principles of movement. You will learn to connect your mind and body, through activating the postural muscles that support your core and allow you to be strong and mobile. All levels and experiences are welcomed and encouraged.

About Our Teacher:

Jaimee is a Los Angeles native who has dedicated her life to practicing movement, both in constant guidance of her mentors in the field, as well as teaching children and adults alike. Her passion for movement is informed by her lived-experience with sight loss. She believes movement is a medicine that can be available to all by developing skills and tools that employ movement to heal the mind, body, and heart.
